It's Been Awhile

It's been awhile, huh? I don't like to write when uninspired, so well, I haven't written. Partly due to unending sickness, partly due to wedding week, a cruise, a week in Tennessee, and a tad of laziness.
But I'm back, and better than ever because I am armed with an iPhone. I do believe Sam and I were the last of our generation to get a smartphone. Until Valentines Day, Sam had a phone that was in pieces and you could see straight through to the motherboard, mine didn't even really have text capabilities, not even t9. But we have arrived, and I do say, its pretty amazing. But I think its time I put it down and get back to real life. It hit me yesterday when Jude looked at me and said, "Mommy, phone, down".  Ouch.
Isn't it funny how something so complicated and intricate can make your life so much insanely more simple? From everything to grocery shopping to taking pictures and posting them...life is so much easier.
My scenario before:
The boys doing something cute
Run upstairs, look everywhere for my camera
Memory full
Delete a few pictures
Cute moment over
Take it anyway
Get my cord
Plug camera into laptop
Upload pictures
Post to Facebook or Twitter
Exhausted.
Now, I just point, shot, hit share and I am d.o.n.e.
Amen.
I'm not exactly sure if a phone making your life easier, is a good sign, or a bad sign but whatever the case, Siri helps me text my husband while driving and find my way when I'm lost, so for now I'm in love.
